AUTOPSY & MEDICAL RESEARCH SERVICES
Our Approach

Step 1 - Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a phone call with Dr. Feczko to discuss the details of the proposed autopsy. This includes a discussion of the clinical and medical history leading up to the persons’ passing. Details of pricing, where and when the autopsy will be performed, and payment method will be discussed.

Step 2 - Schedule Autopsy
The autopsy will be performed in an extremely timely manner either at the main hospital or the funeral home. The autopsy can take anywhere from 2-3 hours to complete. The body and facility is treated with respect and cleanliness.

Step 3 - Initial Report
Once the autopsy is complete, Dr. Feczko hosts a phone consultation to discuss the preliminary findings. In the majority of cases, the preliminary findings do not change from the final autopsy report. A professionally typed preliminary autopsy report will be emailed or mailed in 24-48 hours after completion of the autopsy.

Step 4 - Final Report and Consultation
The final autopsy report is furnished after all testing is performed. This is typically completed in 2-3 weeks following the autopsy. A final report will be emailed or mailed to the family, along with a phone conversation to discuss the results in an understandable way. If needed, an in person consultative conversation can be scheduled with the family and significant others.
